General terms and conditions

Please note that we are not able to offer training services to consumers (i.e. private individuals who are not requesting services as part of the work undertaken by their employer). We may ask for clarification that you are purchasing training as part of a business activity if this is not clear from the registration details provided to us and we will not accept any order which is made by a consumer. Therefore, if we are not satisfied that the transaction is “business to business” we will not accept your order.

Booking an event

On the event page, click on the "Book now" button. You will then be asked to complete the attendees' details (including their email addresses). Click "Add to cart" to add your order to the shopping cart. You can then either continue shopping or go to the shopping cart to complete your order. The shopping cart gives you a summary of your order. Discounts, when applicable, are automatically applied at shopping cart level, except for early bird discounts and other specific discounts for which the discount code must be entered manually.

Our website lets you request an invoice or pay by credit card (see payment section below). Until payment is received places cannot be confirmed and in accordance with the first paragraph of these terms we reserve the right to reject your order if we are not content that this is a transaction made in the course of a business.

By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of your company or organisation or personally if you are a sole trader.
